ASSOCIATE ATHLETIC DIRECTOR FOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS - Responsible for the management and direction the $60 million business and financial operations of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics as well as oversight of facilities and maintenance, payroll and benefits, travel and game operations. Master’s degree is required. Minimum seven years of progressive experience in managing a college athletic business operation, preferably at the Division I level. ASSISTANT STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH #130
This position is an assistant strength and conditioning position for West Virginia University. The primary responsibilities will assist the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning with Men’s and Women’s Basketball during all aspects of the year round training regimen. The position will also develop an all encompassing program for selected Olympic sports. The person will report directly to the Director of Strength and Conditioning. The person must be proficient in all Olympic training movements and exercise selection, speed mechanics, agility drills, nutrition, and ability to communicate with coaches, trainers and the student-athletes. The candidate must be SCCC or SCCC or USAW certified, CPR-AED current, and a Master’s Degree is required.
